Dr. Jensen Rezac

PT, DPT

Dr. Jensen Rezac is from Ogallala, NE (a town in Western NE known for either Lake Mac or being the last stop for gas before Colorado!) and enjoyed the freedom of growing up on her family’s fifth generation farmstead. She participated in many activities at her small town school, mostly focusing on volleyball, basketball, and track and noted that Anatomy was her favorite course in high school. While attending Ogallala High School, she met her future husband, Colby, in gym class!

She attended undergraduate at University of Lincoln – Nebraska, participated in her sorority of Alpha Omicron Pi, and graduated with her Bachelor’s in Psychology. She continued on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. After years of long distance, Colby and Jensen got married at her family farm and they started their life alongside their black labrador retriever, Dezi.

Dr. Jensen is trained in PRI (Postural Restoration Institute) principles and has used these techniques to treat patients from head to toe. She has experience in treating back and hip dysfunction that relates closely to the pelvic floor and enjoys helping prep mothers for birth as well as helping them heal following delivery. She believes that all women undergoing pregnancy, birth, and motherhood should understand the resources available to them to live their most productive and pain-free life as possible. She hopes that this knowledge will help patients seek healing sooner in their lives and reduce the amount of chronic conditions women live with.

In her free time, you can find Jensen at estate sales, DIY-ing her first house, attending sports events, or playing with her nephews.
